Experienced

We have imported products since 1995. Our in-country QA Engineer provides hands-on management of our activities from quotation, engineering review calls, and PPAP development to final pre-shipping QA reports.

Quality Assured

We provide Integrated Project Management. For each product type, we document a Best Practices Manual covering every aspect of the product category. We then provide classroom and in-foundry training to management, supervisors, and operators.

Western Oversight

We have a senior level director on the ground in Asia with over 14 years of experience with our operation. He instills Western critical thinking to all of the processes and activities.

Our Capabilities

Alloy, carbon steel, and iron cast products, including manganese sand castings and fully machined, high-tolerance investment castings. We can utilize 3D scanning to meet PPAP standards and employ solidification modeling to ensure superior quality and performance.
